As stated on my homepage, I do accept several insurances in Maine and South Carolina - Please email me for more information about how to be seen utilizing your insurance in those two states. I do not currently accept insurance in the state of Arizona, although I am licensed to practice. I will be working on taking insurance, but in the meantime, I can offer a reasonable cash pay rate.
